Bookings & Fees

In order to discuss your booking requirements, we require the following information:
• your name, address and contact telephone number/email address
• the event's date and venue
• the line-up required (if known) and the nature of the event
• how long you want us to play for
• any special requests
• the start and finish time for the performance
Every booking that we undertake is unique and accordingly fees vary due to factors such as:
• how long you want us to play for
• the line-up required
• the location and nature of the event and the amount of time spent on site
Our bookings fees are inclusive of the following:
- provision of Instrument Amplification Equipment for up to 150 guests
- setting up and packing down of our equipment
- personalisation of repertoire from our repertoire list of over 450 tunes
- arranging special requests in advance
- meeting at the venue prior to the event if deemed necessary
- all details confirmed in writing.

WEDDING DAY PACKAGES: THE BOSSA BASSELINE DUO (SAX & GUITAR):
Package 1) Civil Ceremony followed by Drinks Reception at the same venue:
Ceremony: 1 hour of music by the Duo, followed by
Drinks Reception: 1.5 hours of music by the Duo
£625 for a total of 2.5 hours of live music
Package 2) Drinks Reception followed by Wedding Breakfast at the same venue:
Drinks Reception: 1.5 hours of music by the Duo, followed by
Wedding Breakfast: 2 hours of music by the Duo
£750 for a total of 3.5 hours of live music
